I strongly believe that Self-Compassion is the root of healing and all healthy choices. Yet, many of us have parts that block us from giving or receiving compassion to/for ourselves. My hope is for this course to show you how to release these blocks and connect to your naturally compassionate core Self.
This course contains close to five hours of videos on Self-Compassion Through an IFS (Internal Family Systems) Lens - teaching, demos, and discussions - as well as worksheets and journal prompts. You can go through the course at your own pace and reach out to me anytime you'd like through the comments section.
