I am so excited you are here. There are many fun ways to connect, ask questions, meet up live, and participate in challenges!
Circles
If you look to the left, you will see "Circles." These are discussion topics where you can interact as a community. There is a space to Introduce Yourself, one to submit Questions for me and the group, one to share about Your Own Parts and receive compassionate witness, etc. You can make a post anytime and you will receive notifications when others respond. You can also send direct messages to other members using the bubble icon at the top right to have more private discussions.
Meet Ups
Press on the "Meet Up" tab above to find Upcoming Group Sessions. You can click on upcoming meetings to save the link to your calendar, or you can show up here at the time of the session to attend. We will meet usingĀ Live Room, which is very similar to Zoom. Sessions will be recorded and immediately be available in the Meet Up tab above to those who could not attend live or want to review.
Challenges
Challenges are fun, voluntary activities to promote community. I will regularly post new challenges. For example, I may post one to introduce a part of yourself to the group, meet with a peer, or try an IFS experiment on your own. Please also feel free to suggest fun new challenges.
